‘Little House On The Prairie’ Actress Dead At 78

- Hersha Parady, renowned for her portrayal of schoolteacher Alice Garvey on the popular NBC series “Little House on the Prairie,” passed away at the age of 78 on Wednesday.
- Parady’s demise occurred at the residence of her son, Jonathan Peverall, located in Norfolk, Virginia. The cause was attributed to a brain tumor that was diagnosed in July, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
- Back in July, to assist in defraying his mother’s medical costs, Peverall established a GoFundMe campaign. The initiative successfully raised a total of $20,482.
