Undercover footage taken inside of an Ohio high school shows a guidance counselor discussing with journalists posing as parents on how they can ensure that their hypothetical child, a biological male who transitioned to a girl, will be able to participate in women’s sports.
The footage taken by conservative watch dog group Accuracy in Media shows Reading Community Schools guidance counselor Jennifer Leone responding to the undercover journalists questions of their trans child’s sports eligibility. They shared with Leone that their “child” had an updated birth certificate which reflected their gender as female.
“This is what the birth certificate says,” Leone said in response to the uncover journalist asking about the laws passed in Ohio. “Prove that it’s wrong.”
“You’re not going to go down that road,” Leone said in the video.
